Our centers feature modern GE Healthcare CT scanners: high detail, fast results, and patient comfort.
Scanning takes only a few minutes, and image quality allows the doctor to immediately detect pathology and make decisions without repeat studies.

Radiation dose reduced by 40–60% through intelligent dose control — a built-in feature of our equipment.
Spatial resolution no more than 0.5 mm. The device can distinguish objects smaller than half a millimeter.
Scanning speed — up to 0.35 seconds per rotation — minimizes procedure time and reduces patient discomfort.
Wide detector — up to 64 slices per rotation — ensures fast and accurate scanning of the entire study area in minimal time.

Computed tomography (CT) is a visual diagnostic method in which detailed cross-sectional images of internal organs and body structures are created using X-ray scanning. Modern CT devices capture hundreds of images from different angles, and software combines them into a 3D model, allowing the doctor to accurately identify pathological changes.
CT uses X-ray radiation and is particularly accurate for dense structures — bones, vessels, organs.
Lungs, including diagnosis of pneumonia and COVID-19.
Vessels (CT angiography).
Bones and joints.
Abdominal organs (liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen).
Brain, spine, hollow organs.
Suspicion of hemorrhage, strokes (emergency).
Detection of tumors and inflammatory foci.
Advantages of CT — an accurate and fast diagnostic method providing detailed images of internal organs, vessels, bones, and soft tissues. The study is painless and helps promptly detect hidden pathologies, especially in emergency situations.
Computed tomography is a safe and informative diagnostic method, but several contraindications must be considered before the study.
Pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Due to the potential effect of ionizing radiation on fetal development.
Contrast allergy. Reactions to iodine-containing agents are possible with contrast CT. Inform the doctor about allergies before the study.
Severe kidney failure. Possible risk of worsening kidney function when using contrast.
Diabetes combined with kidney failure. Requires special preparation.
Claustrophobia. May complicate the study (sedation used if possible).
Inability to remain still during the procedure. For example, due to severe pain or neurological disorders.
For CT with contrast:
Creatinine and urea tests no older than 10 days are required. Results must be within normal limits.
Do not eat 4–6 hours before the study.
Drinking water is allowed (still only).
Inform your doctor if you take metformin, have any allergies, kidney disease, diabetes, or medications.
Be sure to inform the doctor about all medications you take and any recent or chronic illnesses.
Women must inform the doctor about the possibility of pregnancy.
How CT is performed:
Patient wears comfortable clothing without metal parts.
Brief instruction and health questionnaire are conducted.
Patient lies on the CT scanner table.
The table slowly moves through the tomograph ring — the X-ray source rotates around the body.
It is necessary to remain still, sometimes holding breath on the doctor’s command.
Study lasts from a few seconds to 10–15 minutes depending on the area being examined.
If needed, contrast agent is administered intravenously to improve visualization.
The table returns to its original position, patient can change clothes.
Results are sent to the doctor for analysis and report preparation.
